The term grief is used to indicate that sensation of pain, sadness or suffering that can be caused by different elements or situations. Grief causes a person to act slowly, sadly, and normally without too many expressions (that is, neither anger nor joy) as it is a way of calmly showing sadness. Grief can be a attitude permanent in some people with a tendency to depression.
Grief appears or is generated in a person from a situation of pain, loss and sadness. The causes of this type of situation that generate grief can be several and very different from each other: emotional causes, physical causes, economic and social causes, etc. At the same time, they can be specific and well-definable situations, such as the loss of a loved one, or long-term causes such as the inability to form a family, to get a job, etc.
The ways in which grief is evident can be both physical and emotional. In general, the state of grief does not imply a violent attitude as anger or despair can imply it (both also negative sensations). Normally, a grieving person is one who carries or carries a sorrow, therefore the attitude
bodily as the soul are specific. In this sense, grief is manifested through elements such as a leisurely walk, a low head, a expression sad in the face, drooping arms, crying, or specific positions through which the person seeks feeling sheltered and alone with yourself (for example, sitting with your head between your legs or arms).Regarding the state of mind, a grieving person is someone who is sad, desolate, worried, anguished or lacking in communication. It can also be a person who cries and who does not perform in daily activities as he normally would due to lack of concentration, distraction, lack of Energy, etc.
