Definition of Action Plan

The concept of action plan allows to designate in our language to that plan that contains various initiatives and that will be the most appropriate and almost certain way to achieve a goal proposal. That is, the action plan acts as a species from instructive that will lead towards the achievement of the proposed end.
Meanwhile, it is in the field of activity business where we will mostly find this type of plan, especially in those large companies size where it is common to draw a general action plan and then smaller ones and at the level of each area.
Then, usually, the action plan affects several areas and in each of them a responsible who will have the mission of controlling that each step is satisfactorily completed in order to achieve the end latest. To streamline and simplify the aforementioned tracing There are usually various control mechanisms that will analyze each action and if indeed it meets the final objectives of the action plan.
Each action plan will be made up of a series of elements that are: strategies, programs, actions to be carried out,
resources necessary to fulfill them, the start and end date and the mention of a person in charge who will be in charge of exercising control over the actions that are being carried out.And along with the elements mentioned in the paragraph above, any action plan must take into account how it will be implemented and the consequences that may arise from it.
On the other hand, and to guarantee the success of the action plan, it is advisable to review it regularly, at the beginning, every ten or twenty days, in order to identify the weak points that may be presenting and to correct them, introduce changes that may modify them and return to the starting point with a new proposal that guarantees the goal.
It is also very important evaluation to be carried out at the end of the action plan to find out if the main objectives have been satisfactorily met.
