The term cruise is applied to those ships or boats that are conditioned to make long trips and provide endless services to the passengers who board them. The cruise trip is in the present one of the clearest references of a style from tourism marked by luxury, opulence and comfort: they are highly exclusive and not just anyone can afford them.
If we seek describe specifically a cruise ship, we must say that it is a large ship that generally has many floors in which the different services included are located. Among the services included we find several pools and jacuzzis, spaces for sports and physical activities, saunas, luxurious restaurants and bars, confectioneries, bowling alleys, cinemas and even theaters integers. Many also include artificial gardens and parks, spaces dedicated especially to kids and all kinds of recreational activities designed for the family, couples, etc. In addition, a large portion of the cruise is occupied by the rooms that the passengers occupy. These rooms are generally available in a variety of styles and costs for each passenger.
Today there are numerous companies and cruise companies that are responsible for offering tourists various travel routes, as well as different services and types of cruises. Cruises often take trips of several days, weeks and even months, especially when they travel highly popular routes for tourism. One of the features The main thing about cruises is that they stop at different ports where passengers can get off, get to know the place briefly and continue to a new destination.
Cruises are today highly criticized by environmentalists since they argue that they are phenomena completely artificial that pollute the seas not only through the use of polluting energies but also through starting from generation of a high number of waste and the alteration of the natural spaces they visit.
