The term government refers to the conduction politics of a certain state or whoever exercises it, which may be a president, a first minister, as is the case of some monarchies, or be embodied in a variable number of ministers, to who is the Constitution National, which is the rule fundamental that states have, confers the function of exercising political power in a given society.

There are various forms of government: monarchy, aristocracy, democracy, totalitarianism and republic, understanding by the form of government the system through which a certain state is governed.
