Traditionally, the word juice has been applied to refer precisely to the liquid that results from squeezing a fruit, for example, orange juice is the result of squeezing the fruit of the orange tree, although it is also recurrent its job to designate packaged juices, so common and consumed today, which go through a process during their elaboration which unfortunately makes them lose many of their original properties so beneficial to the human body.
Juices that have just been squeezed turn out to be a very, very nutritious soft drink, especially for the vitamins that have
In any case, as time passes without being consumed, they progressively lose their most important vitamins. On your side, the tetra brik or tetra pak juices, are juices made from concentrated juice, this implies that after being squeezed they were concentrated by evaporating the Water by receiving heat and then adding water to pack them. The addition of water saves costs, although of course, it is precisely in this process that the juice loses its essential vitamins.
