Oncomputing, is called a recycle bin to that area of storage presented by all modern operating systems to which computer files that are considered useless in the first instance are sent and have been decided to eliminate from the memory of a computer, that is, any file that we delete from our computer will be sent directly to this area to remain there until the final elimination is carried out.
What facilitates this function is that for example if it was deleted quickly and without think a file of a binder or it was done by mistake, the aforementioned area will allow you to recover it through clicking right about the file in question and the acceptance of the restore item function. If the latter is what has happened to us and we restore an item from the recycle bin, it will be returned to its original location, or rather, it will return to the one from which it was removed.
In the specific case of Microsoft, it added the recycle bin to the system in the Windows 95
with the aim of continuing to keep those files that had been accidentally or intentionally deleted, giving a second chance to Username to be able to review the file again before deleting it permanently. The most original and important thing about this function is that it stores the information with date, time and the location where the files were initially.
Access to the trash can is very simple, from the desktop, through the recycle bin icon, while its icon tells us if there are items to delete or not, yes it is full of crumpled papers it indicates that there are elements inside and if on the contrary it is empty it implies that there are no elements waiting to be eliminated.
