The last meal of the day is known as dinner within the feeding everyday life of a person. Dinner represents the closing of the food cycle and is the preparation for the fasting period that takes place in the hours of sleep, until the next meal (breakfast). Although this varies according to the interests of each individual, dinner is usually perhaps the most frugal time of all the daily feeding and this has to do with the need that the individual has to access a process of easy digestion that does not interrupt or disturb his restful sleep.
Dinner can consist of different parts, always being the first entry. The main course is the center of every dinner, while the dessert is the end of it. This does not mean that all these stages are always present, since many individuals dine directly on the main dish while others do not consume dessert. In general, dinner is usually followed by a more relaxed and calm after-dinner in which a comfortable seating space is created. chat and of reflection daily.
As with the other meals of the day, dinner is a representation of the society and culture in which it is inserted. In this sense, while some societies consume dinner at an early hour (around six in the afternoon), others do so at a much later time. At the same time, the ingredients and the abundance of the food vary from one region to another, influencing this situation the existence of certain products in the area, from weather, of the energy needs of the population, etc.
There are different types of styles through which a dinner can be celebrated. Although it is a very daily moment, there are events that allow us to enjoy dinner in company of loved ones. A dinner with friends is usually quite relaxed and fun, while a romantic dinner becomes much more intimate and special for those who enjoy it.
