They are descriptive adjectives those who indicate a specific quality to the noun, in order to provide physical information such as color; or subjective evaluations to give an evaluation to the subject of the sentence.
It is important to take into consideration that this type of adjective has a close relationship (in fact, all adjective has it), with the type of gender and / or number of the noun in question, when a modification. It should be noted that most have a variation in gender that ends in "e".
Types of Descriptive Adjectives:
1. Qualifying or Specific Adjectives.
Their main function is to define a characteristic property of the noun in question, in order to limit its scope. In the sentence in the Spanish language, it will always be found within its structure, after the noun.
2. Numeral Adjectives:
They are divided into:
a) Cardinal Numerals. They are represented by the numbers, that is, one, two, three, to give you a description of quantity.
b) Ordinal Numerals. They seek to give the sentence in use a sequence of order, that is, the words are used, first, second; they are cardinal numbers.
3. Explanatory Adjectives (also called 'evaluative' or 'epithets')
They are intended to give sentences an expressive charge by giving an attribute to the noun. That is, a property is provided that turns out to be derived from the noun itself, for example, when saying: "The burning sun." Burning is an explanatory adjective.
