Historically, the human being has sought to season and season his meals with the elements that nature provided and that transformed a regular meal into something much more tasty and delicious. Traditionally, condiments have always been a highly valued and sought-after item across the globe. These spices were mostly from the Near and Far East and it is for them that European man threw himself into the
sea, discovering a new continent, when the Commerce between Europe and the Arab world was interrupted in the 15th century.Current seasonings are evolved forms of these spices, although they are still consumed naturally and popularly.
