Definition of Administrative Process

An administrative process, also known as an administrative procedure implies a series of formal acts through which a performance is carried out administrative that fulfills an end. The final objective of the process is to issue an administrative act, which is the means from which the public administration of a place complies in a compliant manner in order to satisfy the interests of the citizenship in general.
It is essential, due to its public position, that each action that corresponds to this sphere or level follows a few steps formal and strict because in this way citizens are guaranteed that the result will be in total agreement with the law current. In other words, the administrative process guarantees us people who live in a community that the administration In no way will the public act arbitrarily or against our interests, but on the contrary, it will follow the classic steps proposed by the formality of the administrative procedure.
On the other hand, the administrative process, to guarantee that
arbitrariness o discretion is that it has been supported by a series of principles that must be observed: of unity (This guarantees that the process is unique and that it has a beginning and an end, that is, a resolution must always be given), of contradiction (The resolution of the process will be based on the one hand on the facts and on the other on the fundamentals of right and it will be the tests that facilitate their verification), of impartiality (The administration must guarantee its impartiality and avoid favoritism or enforce enmity with someone in its decision) and of officers (the process will be driven by job in each of its procedures).Now, once it has been clarified what the administrative process consists of, we will say that to start it, it will be necessary to complete a request that will be delivered to whom it may concern and in which the personal data of the interested. It should clearly state what is intended to be achieved and the causes. It is also important that an address is entered since the notification must be made effective in a physical place that indicates the interested party and of course that request must be endorsed with the signature of the applicant and the date on which the corresponding order.
Once the aforementioned step is completed, the corresponding procedures are carried out and once they are finalized in accordance a resolution will be issued in writing and initialed by the public body before which the request was made.
