The G20 or Group of Twenty is a grouping of countries that includes those nations of the world considered to be the most influential at the political, military and economic and that make up the G8 (United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, France and Russia) plus another group of countries that are considered as recently industrialized or emerging power, such is the case of Argentina, Australia, Spain, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Indonesia, China, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, South Africa and India. To all of them is added a representation of the European Union (EU).
It functions as a forum in which global financial policies are discussed and discussed
The group has been in force since 1999 and of course its main mission is the same as its similes, analyze the world state of affairs regarding politics Y economy to agree on common consensus and policies.

The G20 summits bring together the heads of state of the member countries and of course also count on the work carried out in each area of interest by the ministers and foreign ministers of each nation.
The ministers of finance from Canada and Germany were the promoters of the inaugural meeting back in 1999 in the German city of Berlin. Throughout its history, several summits have been held. However, one of the most remembered is the one held in 2008 in the city of Washington because it occurs precisely in the context of the financial collapse and stock exchange and in it the reform of the Finance system international.
Soon, in mid-November 2015, a new summit of the group will be held, this return in Turkey as the host country.
We must emphasize that these meetings acquire a special relevance in the world and then the press attends in a massive way to cover their details.
They are also often the object of protests as a result of the media interest they generate. They are ideal for activist groups to take advantage of the press they generate to spread the word.
