The word wardrobe supports several uses in our language.
To room or space of a house, of a public place, such as a nightclub or a theater, among others, intended exclusively to house warm clothing and accessories like wallets, it's called a wardrobe.
Generally it is a place of not so extensive dimensions and that has a long bar with hangers in which the clothes that people are leaving will be placed. It is attended by an employee of the company who will give the person who leaves their belongings a number that will later be used to identify simply the coat. Another equal number is associated with the garment saved.
The main function of a wardrobe is that people who enter a venue, for example to enjoy a show, do so comfortably and without having to take care of their belongings. It is a service that can be free or paid.
On the other hand, the wardrobe is called set of garments and footwear that a person has and with whom he dresses regularly for the various activities that arise: work, physical activity, social events
, among others.By case is that normally a person, especially women, fanatics of the fashion, have a very large wardrobe, which in those cases of extreme harmony with fashion is aligned with the trends of the moment.
If we had to make one classification of the wardrobe that a person has based on the activity carried out, we could talk about: formal wear, casual wear, sportswear, party wear, underwear, summer wear, sleepwear, formal shoes, sports shoes, casual shoes.
Also to physical space in which the clothes we have are kept We call it wardrobes.
And to the people who develop homework to care for and organize wardrobes in public spaces they are called a wardrobe.
