When someone raises their voice excessively to communicate they are yelling. The shouting action is normally performed in agitated situations. emotional intense, such as couples arguments, moments of great joy or verbal attacks accompanied by insults.

Yelling can be associated with both dramatic and joyous situations. When yelled at in an argument, it may be a first step toward violent action and when shouting in moments of fullness it is simply a way of manifesting a great satisfaction.

If someone is in the habit of talking loudly, this behavior is very likely to cause rejection from others. In many countries shouting is considered a symptom of lack of education.

Both Spaniards and Latinos in general have a habit of raising their voices excessively in their social relationships. They do not do it in a necessarily violent context, but it is part of their tradition cultural. Obviously, this behavior draws the attention of other peoples, who are not in the habit of shouting, as they consider it in bad taste.

Language contexts associated with the action of shouting

If a person sings badly and his voice is not very melodious, it will surely be said that he is yelling.

Although in certain situations the action of shouting has a connotation negative, in some social contexts it is something totally accepted, such as to animate a show or to express support in a sporting activity.

In sexual relations there are people who express their pleasure by screaming and in this case the voices in a high tone communicate a very intense emotional state.

The kids youngsters have a habit of raising their voices in many of the activities. Their screams are the expression their vitality, but they can sometimes annoy adults.

In written language, the exclamation point is used to communicate that in a sentence the voice is raised. If in message or a dialogue on Internet capital letters are used continuously, a certain verbal aggressiveness is being indicated and, therefore, it is a way of shouting or shouting.
