To rebel means to rise up against due obedience, that is, rebelling will imply a state in which the one who rebels actively manifests himself against the postulates, principles or orders dictated by the authority in force or competent.
Rising up, opposing someone or something, usually an authority, due to immaturity or feeling the object of an injustice
On many occasions this rebelling against authority can be based on fervent convictions but that in no way do they respect any coherence, that is, whoever decides to rebel does so for a attitude purely childish, since in reality, the rule Against which it opposes it turns out to be consistent and not untimely.
In other words, a father imposes a return schedule for his minor child at night, however, he does not observe it and ends up arriving two hours later than the time stipulated by the father.
Obviously, the father, given the non-observance of the rule, will decide to punish his son in an exemplary manner and then forbids him to go out for two days in a row, however, the boy rebels and despite the father's directive, he leaves, returning again late. Of course, in this case it is an untimely rebellion.
Instead, when someone rebels against a injustice that causes evils and problems to most of the society or community will be a rebellion with just cause and will not be worthy of any punishment or repression.
Typical adolescent behavior
Rebelling against authority is especially associated with typically immature behavior, for this reason, rebellion is mostly linked to the stage of adolescence, moment of life in which great interior changes take place, that is, we know that we are greater and therefore we want this to be recognized and respected and we want to do Sometimes bigger things, and then, when parents set limits, the rebellious attitudes or behaviors that we mentioned arise, on the part of young people who do not accept.

However, the degree of rebellion is often dependent on the culture, environment, uses and traditions, among others.
Likewise, there are individuals who have a special inclination to rebellion, regardless of their age, and then, as an innate characteristic, they oppose and confront everything and everyone.
The attitude of rebelling is popularly known as rebellion and whoever practices or executes it as a rebel.
Attitude inherent to the human being and that motivated him to become emancipated in a timely manner

On the other hand, the concept can refer to resistance towards something with which, for example, one does not agree, meanwhile, and that is why the person resists accepting it or acting according to what is suggested or propose.
The other side of the attitude that we saw commenting is that of submitting, which will imply the subordination of the will and the action to another person, to what he or she dictates that we do.
