It is known as rest to that state in which an object or individual is not stressed but, on the contrary, is relaxed. In the physical, the state of rest is considered natural in most of the elements that make up the world, and the state of tension, by opposition, is one that is generated by the same element or by external agents. The state of rest is also for the human being the natural state, of relaxation and calm. To reach the state of rest one must be comfortably arranged in the space, in addition to not doing any type of exercise or activity that tightens the muscles.
Rest is nothing more than the natural state or condition of most things that exist on the planet. Thus, all elements are born with a shape that can be altered as soon as tension is applied. When one speaks of a rubber band at rest, one refers to the position of that band before or after being stretched.
In the case of the human being, the state of rest supposes that the body and the mind
They are in a state of complete relaxation, without stress or possible worries that contribute to generating tension. The tension can be made visible in the muscles as well as in the psyche, therefore the state of rest must be a combination of both spaces. The state of rest is normally recommended to people who are not in an optimal state of Health since going into tension can cause more damage to be generated. Rest usually involves lying down, consuming food lightweight that do not require too much digestion and rest. However, man also knows a much more natural and well-known state of rest, which is the one that is generated when one sleeps. The body physically rests from any activity and the mind enters a state of unconsciousness but not of inactivity.
