Definition of Solid Waste

Solid waste implies garbage, waste, that we generate people in our homes, jobs, that is, in residential spaces, commercial, or institutional, those generated in the public space as a result of sweeping and other cleaning actions, and that are in solid state.

Citizens who live in large cities are the main generators of this type of waste, especially this percentage is high due to the still scarce conscience widespread regarding recycling.

Now, and as we will see later, this trend is changing little by little thanks to the campaigns of raising awareness by environmental organizations, and the campaigns that governments have undertaken in this favor, and before the threat concrete that implies the climate change in the short term, both for the planet and for those of us who inhabit it.

To preserve order, organization and cleanliness, waste of this type must be carefully disposed of in containers intended for this effect, and also each family or commercial nucleus must take care to select those solid waste that are plausible to be recycled.
