It is designated by the term of fragrance to that pleasant and soft smell that a person gives off when he walks, the one that has a soap, a perfume, a cream bodily, among others.

But generally they are the perfumes the fragrances that par excellence give off the most pleasant smells to our noses, positively satisfying our sense of smell and by case is that the concept is especially associated with that of perfume and they are often used as synonyms.

So, perfumes, also called fragrances, are those aromatic liquids that humans use to give off pleasant smells.
Although there is no reason to wear a fragrance or perfume, people tend to use them more frequently. when we have to attend a special or relevant event, such as a party, a romantic meeting, between others.
In these contexts we want to feel beautiful, approved by the rest of the people and therefore a pleasant fragrance that seduces and attracts others will help us a lot in this regard.
How and where to apply it
It is usually recommended, so that the smell lasts longer, apply the perfume or fragrance immediately after bathing. Meanwhile, the most common places on the body in which it is applied, because they are precisely the ones that best maintain and contain it are: behind the ears, on the wrists, the neck, among others.
History of fragrances
The art of the elaboration of the fragrances contained in perfumes had its origin in Egypt, then it was developed by both Arabs and Romans, and from Spain, during the time of Renaissance, was reintroduced throughout Europe, while it would be France, towards the fourteenth century the center of culture of the flowers with which perfumes would be made and from then until today, France, turns out to be the capital of perfume, where the best fragrances have their beginning and also where the industry and the Commerce of perfumes, from there to the rest of the world.
Meanwhile, we cannot ignore that the origin of the fragrance is closely related to the religion and the religious rituals that were celebrated thousands of years ago, since they arose to cover the bad smells generated by the sacrifices of animals and humans in some cultures.
A popular and widespread comment is that the French always smell good, and this is precisely linked to the fact that their country is considered a mecca for perfume.
Composition and types
The perfume consists of a mixture of aromatic substances, natural essential oils and synthetic essences, plus a solvent which can be solid or liquid, alcohol in most cases, and a fixative which will be in charge of providing the pleasant and long-lasting aroma. Essential oils are extracted from the vegetables that contain them already formed or that have the elements for their formation.
There are different fragrances depending on the aromatic intensity they present: fragrance (the most concentrated, between 15 and 40%), eau de perfume (presents a concentration of less than 15%), Water bathroom (concentration between 7 and 15%), water from Suburb(with the same concentration as the previous one but mostly with citrus aromas) and splash (They have a 1% concentration).

In addition to its rich aroma, the perfume has a very particular action when it comes to seduction.
As we have already pointed out, human beings have always been interested in developing this type of product, to smell good and because of the power of seduction that they have proven to achieve in others.
Today the perfume industry is immense and has achieved a truly fantastic development.
A million dollar industry
There are many brands that exclusively produce perfumes, but also, in recent decades other variants have been added, such as artists who develop their own fragrance and market it, being themselves their image, such is the case of the Colombian singer Shakira or the actor Antonio Flags.
And also designers and clothing brands develop their own fragrances, such is the case of Christian Dior, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, among others.
But in addition to the ones we put on our bodies, fragrances designed for domestic use, that is, to add rich smells to the environments of the house, and there are also fragrances for cars.
