A strategy is the set of actions that will be implemented in a given context with the objective of achieving the proposed end.
As long as I was telling you, a strategy it is plausible to be applied and necessary in different areas, such as the military and business, to name just a few of the most common and common for us.
In the purely military field, strategy is understood as the art, which of course a few enjoy, of directing military operations in an armed and clear confrontation, bring them to fruition to achieve the victory that is in this case, the military, the long-awaited end of the strategy. The person in charge of a military operation shall, as an integral part of the strategy, planning and direction of the war campaign, as well as the disposition and the movement own forces, both in their own field and, most importantly, in territory enemy, which is usually the most dangerous terrain and prone to attack if there is no good planning about. And along with tactics and logistics, strategy is said to be one of the three legs that make up the art of war. This reality has been recognized since time immemorial, perhaps the Orientals who managed to capitalize on it in its most remarkable form. Thus, the Chinese and their
War art, on the one hand, and the Arabs with their strategy of geographical and cultural expansion during the Middle Ages, by the another, they are strong symbols of the importance of strategy in terms of military deployment since yesteryear. Currently, the strategy understands the intelligence and counterintelligence as indispensable phenomena, especially in the sphere of the great geopolitical powers. And on the other hand, in the business field, what companies usually implement to effectively achieve the achievement of their goals and purposes, is what is called Strategic plan, which is nothing more than an official document that will be issued by the company itself through which, its managers, will capture the strategy that they will follow in the short term, that is why a plan of this type has a useful life of approximately 5 years as maximum. At the financial level, the strategy involves the use of resources available in investments varied to try to increase the business stock in the context of the lowest possible risk. On the other hand, in the workplace, the strategy allows a better cost effectiveness of human resources, in relation to the production of the employees and their optimal performance.
But the strategy, In addition to being essential in these cases as we have explained, it is also essential for a gameWhether this is a table-type game such as chess, in which intelligence and strategy go hand in hand. With this same line of thought, these concepts are applied in a team game, as in the case of football, which will also involve, in addition to the physical deployment, the implementation of a strategy, generally and always in the hands of the coach, to win a match. In this sport in particular, the strategy is usually more than relevant, since a correct disposition on the playing field facilitates that even teams that are weaker can achieve a victory over teams of lower technical level and physical. Thus, a strategy of taking care of the ball and of adequate defensive deployment has allowed squads of low capacity offense will achieve draws or even triumphs on enormously difficult playing fields and against powerful teams historical. The homology between the military strategy and the strategy applied in a football match has led to the application of nicknames or nicknames to players who have clearly originated from militia jargon ("marshal", "gladiators" or, inclusive and blunt, "strategist"...)
