The homonymous words or homonyms are those that sound and are pronounced the same but have a different meaning. There are two types of homonymous words and they are:
1. Homonymous words: These can be written differently but they sound the same, and they can have a similar origin or a difference due to the use that is given to them.
2. Homograph words: These are spelled the same but have a different origin and meaning.
