Recognized as a power Worldwide, England is one of the most advanced and modern countries in the world. His territory it is located in northern Europe, in the British Isles where together with Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland it forms the United Kingdom. Within this group, England is the country more populous and important politically and economically. The capital of England is London, one of the most imposing and populous cities in the world, which is located in the south of the English territory. This country shares its limits specifically with seas since it is an island: the North Sea, the Irish Sea to the west, the Atlantic Ocean and to the south, the English Channel.
England is politically organized in the form of constitutional monarchy, being one of the few countries that still has a monarchy. However, the person who carries out the government He is the Prime Minister, not the King. The language England's official language is obviously the English language which is undoubtedly the most popular and learned language in the world. It can also be noted that England was one of the countries that contributed to the schism within Christianity by separating from the Catholic Church and found, at the wish of King Henry VIII in the 16th century, the Anglican Church as a form of Protestantism.
England has been without a doubt throughout history one of the most powerful countries or territories. While we find prehistoric data and monuments of great symbolism, such as the fabulous Stonehenge, we can also say that this island would later be conquered and inhabited by numerous ethnic groups: Angles, Saxons, Vikings, Romans, Celts and many others. It wouldn't be until the fall of Roman empire in the year 476 AD. C. that this territory would become autonomous and from then until today it would become one of the most important political, economic and cultural centers in the world. Such a situation would be especially favored by the deep modernizing and conquering spirit of many of its rulers such as King Henry VIII, Queen Elizabeth I, Queen Victoria, and many prime ministers of the era modern.
Finally, we can say that England is also one of the most cultural centers on the planet. From cities like London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Newcastle, but also from their rural areas, we can observe wonderful monuments, artistic creations, wonderful musicians and artists, as well as a unique and exclusive gastronomy and centuries-old traditions.
