The specific answers to these or similar questions make up a business model. Consequently, a business model serves to analyze a strategy global and to anticipate possible setbacks.
Keys to launching a good business model
A viable business proposal is one that provides a useful response to a consumer need. For this to be feasible, a business model must be designed that includes a series of key elements:
1) differentiate yourself from competitors and create alternative solutions to traditional ones,
2) create strategies marketing to attract customers and
3) precisely define the market segment to be conquered.
