The concept of omnivore we use it in our language to name those animals that feed on both plants and animals. That is, animals that are classified as omnivores have a feeding broader and more indistinct, not distinguishing what they eat as if other types do. What we mention we say in close relation to what happens with the carnivorous animals that only eat meat or herbivores that only eat plants.

It is also important that we emphasize that from a nutritional point of view, the intake of both meat and vegetables, obviously always in a balanced point and in the most suitable conditions, is usually considered as the ideal.
Obviously there are opposing positions such as vegetarians and the most extreme of vegan that promote a diet only based on plants and also condemn the ingestion of meat because they consider that animals are killed to satisfy the diet, and that this action is practiced with virulence affecting of course the quality of meat eaten in this way.
On the other hand, there are studies that pay the theory that he consumption of animal meat can develop in people some problems of Health such as cardiovascular, to name one of the most common.
Also, vegetarians argue that the intrinsic characteristics of humans make them herbivores by nature.
