The traditional grammar is the method of study and management of any language, there is a grammar for each advanced language excepting only dialects and some simple languages and even so a grammar can be made for each one of this.
Basically it is a neutral regime of rules necessary so that a language can be handled universally correctly among all its speakers and users, which distorts the action of some linguists who give free rein to modify the language to their personal criteria, since universality and the corresponding understanding.
Grammar is subdivided into different aspects or divisions, in which words are classified and related in different categories.
Example of traditional grammar:
The grammar is divided to be more clearly understood in:

Verbs.- In grammar, the verb is the element that allows the sentence to express an action or movement.
Nouns.- Nouns are a series of words that designate people, animals and things in particular, they are characterized by being their own and common.
Adjectives.- The adjective is an added word that tries to complement the noun, this word expresses the qualities or properties of the noun it refers to.
Adverbs.- The adverb is basically a word that complements the circumstance of the verb, this word does not vary and it is the nucleus and in another aspect that complements the adjective.
Pronouns.- These are words that change and depending on the word to which it is applied, they express number and gender. (the, the, the, the etc.)
Determinants.- This is a type of morpheme and they are divided into four:
- Predeterminants
- Updaters
- Quantifiers
- Interrogative or exclamatory
Conjunctions.- These are a series of words that have the function of joining or linking words, propositions or phrases.
Orthography.- The orography consists of a series of punctuation and accentuation marks that allow identifying the beginning, the end and pauses within a text as well as the intonation of words, which avoids confusion in the idiom.
