The deprivation of liberty in a prison is the consequence of a criminal action. Being in prison not only limits freedom but can affect the prisoner psychologically. Money evasion
The economic activity Legal implies the payment of taxes and a whole series of administrative controls by the state. Consequently, there are people or entities that make the decision to keep their money in a safe place so that they do not have to pay taxes on it. When this happens we talk about tax evasion, the evasion of foreign exchange or capital flight. The destination of the evaded money is normally a tax haven. In any of its forms, the evasion of money has a double purpose: not to pay taxes in the country itself and, on the other hand, erase the trace of an illegal activity (arms, drug trafficking or any criminal activity associated with the enrichment).
