The term jogging is one that refers to one of the most common and popular sports or physical activities. Jogging can be described as a gait that leads more velocity than the common walk but less speed than the race or the to run. This is why in many senses Jogging is recommended as an activity for many people since it involves a certain caloric expenditure and Energy but without the impact and without the risks that the race may entail.
