The words ending in -tez are, generally, abstract nouns female. In Spanish, the words that end with these letters are very few. For example: shinecomplexion, adulcomplexion, immediatecomplexion.
These nouns are derived from adjectives. By adding the suffix -ez abstract nouns are formed, that is, words that refer to ideas, feelings or concepts. But only those nouns whose root ends in T end with these three letters. For example: giant, gigancomplexion; strong, robuscomplexion.
Also, there is a feminine noun that does not add any suffixes: complexion.
