In Spanish, the combination of Ñ + vowel is not very frequent. For example: ñandú, notwho, wildebeest. This is because this letter does not belong to the basic Latin alphabet, but it is present in Spanish and other languages.
However, there are several idioms used in different regions of Latin America that use words with Ñ: ñewhat, neitherzca.
