I have is a conjugation of verb "to have" (I have finished dinner). AND is a copulative conjunction that is used in place of “and” in front of words that begin with I or hi- (Cielo and hell). Hey is an interjection that is usually used to get someone's attention (¡Hey, careful!).
The words he, e and eh are homophones because they have the same sound, but they are written differently and their meanings are different. For example: ¡Hey!, never i have gone to Miguel's house and Isabel.
