Who subscribes Alejandra Barragán Núñez, who on my own account and finding myself duly registered, forming part of the student body of this university campus, I make the following request:

Last semester for various reasons, I was in debt to the subjects Psychology 1, Physiological theory 3 and Mathematics 4, reason for which I make this request in order to continue the study of these subjects within the following semester, which I am in the beginning.

It should be noted that in the regulations of this university it is established that students can advance up to three subjects per semester through exams extraordinary examinations and may recover subjects for a maximum of three extraordinary examinations, therefore I consider that my request has the feasibility of be done.

I hope I am taken into account in my request and I appreciate the attention received.

Who subscribes Abelardo Jesús Velázquez Rodríguez that as an applicant, I make this clarifying letter, in relation to the requirement consisting of:

"... Certificate issued by the college where you finished or are studying high school, in which indicate the town in which it is located and the monthly value of the pension paid by the applicant... "

This being the reason why I communicate with you, because although there are such procedures and records, for reasons beyond my control, it will be impossible for me to deliver them in this time, caused this inconvenience, to the vacation period that said educational institution is taking, which limits me until June 7, Present.

In any case, the point consisting of the contribution that due to high school studies I was paying, I can clarify it in written form in this medium being a total of (put the corresponding cost), which I was paying for a period of (put the time you paid) and with which I managed to accredit said education at the time correspondent.
