The novel It is an extensive literary work that narrates events that may or may not be fictional. For example: 100 years of Solitude (Gabriel Garcia Marquez), Crime and Punishment (Fyodor Dostoyevsky), Don Quijote of La Mancha (Miguel de Cervantes).
Unlike the stories, which are also part of the narrative genre, novels are longer and usually include a greater number of characters, settings and events. In addition, its plot is more complex and the author dedicates more space to descriptions and details for aesthetic purposes.
