In this sense, the voice that has been awakened in that space to later move to the traditional media of communication and that seeks to denounce cases of sexual abuse or harassment in different spaces is known as #MeToo or #YoTambién in Spanish. This motion It has been a kind of liberation and at the same time healing for many women, for which its relevance is undeniable.
The different forms of abuse and the impunity of silence
Although today the term "femicide" is very common, reality shows us that there are many forms of violence and abuse that are given on a daily basis by men mainly to women but also to children, members of the LGBT community and others. The presence of Hollywood and the disclosure of famous cases
