    Types of adjectives

The great plurality of characteristics that objects, people, feelings and situations can have causes an infinity of adjectives, which for simplification reasons are classified into different categories or lessons.

The best known class of adjectives is that of adjectives, which are used extensively in everyday speech and are often thought of as the only existing category of adjectives.

However, other categories of adjectives are also very frequent:

The adjectives, Although they are not essential for the grammatical structure of all sentences, in some cases they are fundamental. The narrative gives special value to descriptive fragments, both of characters and of scenes or places, without which other fragments could not be interpreted or captured in the same way.

In the lyric, adjectives describe and give musicality to rhymes, being fundamental to the aesthetic or expressive objective pursued by these texts. Says the first stanza of The FIG tree, by Juana de Ibarbourou: Because it is rough and ugly, because all its branches are gray, I have pity on the fig tree.
