The characters can be of various types depending on how they participate in the narrated story:

• Protagonist: he / she is the main character, and most of the events of the narrative affect him / her because it is he / she who has taken the actions. Everything revolves around this. It can be a hero, a maiden, a witch, a goblin, a professional, a student, even an animal, in short, any living being. The protagonists are made so that people who read or listen to the narration identify with them.
• Antagonist: is the character who opposes the actions of the protagonist. It is "the counterpart," so to speak. He is generally called a "villain" and his actions consist of hindering events so that the protagonist does not achieve his objectives. It can be a psychopath, a sorcerer, a ghost, a demon, or any other representation of evil, which is the usual.

• Secondary characters: They are those characters who participate in the narration, but their actions influence the development of the story to a lesser extent. It can be about friendships of the protagonist or characters that only come to put a momentary factor that can be useful for the plot.
• Storyteller: a character is said to be the narrator when the story is written in first person; that is to say, when the narrative is carried by an “I”, which is recounting what is happening to it. This character is only aware of what happens to himself, and we know his own perspective better. Characterization of the characters
