In Spanish, words ending in -C they are not very frequent. They are usually present in onomatopoeia (for example: tickc, clac, clic), on acronym (for example: PC, PVC, WC) and in foreigners (biopic, picnic).
We also find them in latinisms, which must be written in italics. For example: ad hochic et nunc.
