Free Rhyme Example
Spanish Classes / / July 04, 2021
The free rhyme or white rhyme, is how those rhymes or verses are called that, contrary to their name, do not "contain rhyme", so they do not belong to assonance rhymes or consonant rhymes.
Notwithstanding the above, they may or usually have a pattern relative to being written, so these rhymes are often called "white verses".
In short, the verse can do without, as already said, the metric and syntactic units. When this happens, the back lines vary in length and do not coincide with whole phrases; the only unit that remains is rhythm; it is then about free verse.
Examples of free rhyme:
My dog is very cute
arrives and obeys
but I do not order
I better ask you
and so he pays more attention to me.
The hot summer comes,
with him is the beach and vacations
if I behave well they will take me
how beautiful is summer
I say that and my mother says it.
The rain is here
always wreaks havoc
but without her, surely it would not be better,
My brother said it and I hold it.
Time is stained with hidden spring
with furious summer we suffer
autumn came and ruined the leaves
and winter welcomes with its brotherly warmth
This is how the year feels when it passes.
