The verbs They are words that are used to express actions, states, attitudes, conditions, events of nature or existence. The only verb admitted today in Spanish that begins with K is killustrate.
In Spanish, K is a very rare letter, but there are a variety of terms that come from of other languages and that have been adapted by the people of Spanish-speaking countries for their use.
Many of these verbs still retain traits of the spelling of their native language. This is the case of verbs ending in K that come from English, to which the ending of the first conjugation in Spanish (-ar). For example, hackear.
In addition, there are verbs that initially kept the foreign spelling, but were later accepted by the language academies and adapted to the Spanish spelling standards. In those cases, the K was normalized as QU, for example: check (instead of * checkear), click (instead of * clicking) or knock down (instead of * knock).
