The descriptive sentences are those that describe the characteristics of an event and present them in a objective and without expressing the author's opinion. For example: The new office is spacious and modern.
Descriptive sentences do not relate the facts but stop to observe. They can describe a person, an action, an object, a space, etc.
All descriptive sentences are falsifiable (and in addition, all falsifiable sentences are descriptive), that is, they can be subjected to a 'true or false' test. However, the sentence is in no way required to be true and false sentences are also part of the descriptive group.
