Through competition, the idea of being better is given impetus in order to meet the required needs, which includes further training and education.
The globalized world in which we currently live, where one is part of a whole and where more and more of us are involved, is extremely competitive due to the dynamic and changing situations, so it is necessary to take the necessary measures to adapt to it and be able not only to survive but also to stand out from the the rest.
The demands and complications in all aspects are increasing and there is no choice but to meet them and Even that is not enough, you have to go beyond them, otherwise there is a lag that is difficult to will recover.
It is essential to look for the competitive advantages that you have and that can be exploited to achieve growth and development. The architecture of the organization must be taken into account, as this gives a unique and flexible character to the company, as it is something that the competition can hardly imitate. It is necessary to pay close attention to aspects such as: unique technology; knowledge bases; training and qualification; experience; innovation capabilities, market knowledge, expert programs; organizational motivational systems; relationships, among others.
A key competence of any organization and to which it has not been possible to give great emphasis, is the factor human, what these can give the organization is much more than introducing even the best system technological. This factor should never be neglected within the organization, since its operation and growth depend on it. It is necessary to dedicate more time to the innovation of the work organization, the lags in the management of the workforce must be faced; they must pay more and they must be given the opportunity to train at all times, not only when it is urgent to have some specific knowledge.
You must always look ahead, we cannot get stuck with the only thing that is known, because if that is the case, we die there.
Whenever progress is sought, it must be carried out jointly, never in isolation, for example, if new technology is introduced, it must also be promoted. a change of mentality in the human factor and also a change in their knowledge so that they can use it correctly, there must be a synchronization.
Organizations as well as people must be subject to continuous learning, this point should never be set aside. As I already mentioned, there is currently greater complexity in the operation of the company, which requires selective behavior and greater adaptability, before which Who does not have (person or company) with the requirement of a capacity to learn that can be put into operation at any time is totally out of the competence.
It is very true that there are times when being within the competition implies very high expenses and not everyone has the same possibility, but alternative means must be sought to achieve it.
The subject of labor competence is quite complex, because as can be seen in the reading it covers a great diversity of factors to take into account in order to stand out and be part of this competence.
