When two or more people have a English conversation in present continuous, they are speaking in this language of events that they are in process, happening at that precise moment and they have not finished manifesting yet. When using English, the grammatical rules that apply to this verb tense, the present continuous or, as they say, apply Present progressive. Here, as in all other verb tenses, there is an affirmative, negative and question structure.
