A complaint letter to the manager, It is a letter with which the manager of a company is asked the inconveniences or controversies that have arisen in the face of the services that the company provides.
This letter may have as meaning the claim for activities or dealings of employees with customers, defects in the service provided, or any breach of the guarantees, prices or stipulations of any contract or agreement.
This letter is used as a prior measure to any state or judicial arbitration instance, trying to solve the problem in a discreet way.

The undersigned, Javier Gonzaga Fernández, I am writing to you as a representative of the company at noted item, to make the formal claim in relation to the service of my vehicle particular.
Said vehicle was entered into his workshop, last Thursday, for having steering failures and for leaking oil from the crankcase gasket.
As a form of entry, he was assigned a registration sheet and a service order, of which I present a simple copy for proper collation.
Regarding the service, I do not know in what circumstances the vehicle is, but the period has already exceeded that was established in the service order, and when I ask the mechanics, they tell me that it will be ready for the day following.
I have received this response for several days, and personally I see no apparent willingness on the part of the mechanics to solve the problem.
I emphatically clarify that said vehicle is an indispensable part for my daily work and therefore I hope that with this one, I can be given an appropriate response and a prompt solution.
