Swap Agreement Example

A swap contract, It is a contract in which two people, whether physical or legal, exchange or transmit something, whatever the permuted item may be.

BARGAIN AGREEMENT

CLAUSES:

Third.- The delivery of the vehicle as well as the corresponding documents must be made no later than June 25, 2012.

Quarter.- Failure to comply with the previous clause by any of the contracting parties will lead to the termination of the contract and the payment of damages to the affected party.

Fifth.- The contracting parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Mexico City to any controversy that may arise due to the breach, interpretation or execution of this contract.

This contract will have the signatures of the interested parties as well as two witnesses who claim to know personally the parties granting this contract, and be aware that they have the legal capacity to enter into that contract by giving faith.
