Hire is the action through which a person reaches an agreement with another individual to begin to receive a service or a good in exchange for a stipulated sum of money, or failing that for any other type of remuneration that has been agreed.

In the event that any of the parties breaches its obligations, the initial agreement will be automatically broken and the affected party may claim some type of compensation coming from his counterpart, that is, he may initiate a lawsuit in civil justice for the compliance of the contract, or failing that, if it cannot be fulfilled due to x situation, receive compensation for said impossibility.
It is recommended, before entering into any type of contract, whatever, of a service, an employee, among others, that a process mediates of prior knowledge between the parties, so that later unpleasant surprises do not appear, or do not agree with something that was not known.
For example, when we decide to hire a service for our home, such as the one indicated on the internet, it is important before making sure how it will work, the velocity, the value of the service, the technical service offered by the company in case of any complications at the reception, among the main issues.
It is common for people after hiring a service of this type to be dissatisfied with the aforementioned aspects and this arises because there was not before an exhaustive knowledge of the service it provides, so it is ideal that before hiring it, consult everything.
On the other hand, when personnel are hired for a company it is also advisable to carry out a selection process by of professionals specialized in the field, who interview the applicants and in this way they can know, not only their work experiences and knowledge about the position they should perform, but also have an overview of their profile, which also affects the productivity and in the good weather work, because a person can be professionally impeccable but in the social plane be conflictive and that will not add to the good functioning of the company.
