Regardless of the employment scale, all workers in a company should carry out their activity in a safe environment and with the minimum possible dangers. A good work environment is based on two general principles:
1) promoting the productivity within a business organization and 2) the development of personal well-being in the performance of an activity.

The safety in the performance of a job it has a multidisciplinary dimension. The main objective is to prevent possible accidents in the use of industrial machinery. Likewise, hygiene measures are activated so that workers do not take unnecessary risks.
The health of an employee can present problems in several ways: the level of stress, the appearance of occupational diseases or the level of frustration.
From the point of view of personal well-being, it is important that prevention measures are adopted regarding undesirable situations: workplace harassment or mobbing, sexual harassment, burnout syndrome ...
The kind of business management It can be the cause of all kinds of problems. Thus, a worker who cannot propose initiatives or who receives contradictory orders is very likely to feel dissatisfied. Likewise, it is convenient to establish timely measures in relation to various matters, such as the politics incentives, the organization of vacations or the equality of genre.

The performance of a job is oriented towards productivity as long as there is a suitable physical environment. In this sense, some relevant aspects are the following: the type of lighting, the noise level, the temperature or the lack of order and cleanliness.
From the point of view of the individual, it should not be forgotten that every worker aspires to personal self-realization and recognition.
All these factors represent a certain risk psychosocial in the world of work. If there is adequate prevention, productivity levels are maintained and a weather satisfactory job.
The personal attitude of the worker plays an important role in preventing psychosocial risks
Although the top managers of a company are in charge of activating the protocols related to psychosocial risks, employees also have a degree of responsibility. In this sense, certain personal attitudes are potentially harmful: lack of enthusiasm, inflexible and not very tolerant approaches or the inability to adapt to changes.
