That is why if there is the slightest doubt about your authenticity is that the same in a trial will be dismissed. If there is a touch-up or any underlying issue, it must be explained if the court considers it so.
Basically, forensic photography for its function requires the cleanest possible laboratory work, no technical tricks, no retouching, nor any other effect that may cloud its veracity, in this sense, unlike what happens in other contexts, such as in a fashion magazine, imperfections count and are important, it is not worth covering them, the secret will surely be in showing them in order to discover truths.
