- Do you have any idea where she lives? / Do you have any idea where he lives?(wh-question)
- can you tell me if you like it? / Can you tell me if you like it?(yes-no question)
- They can be followed by to + infinitive after the wh-word and after if either whether. For example: Do you have any idea how all Item?/ Do you have any idea how to do it?
- They do not have a question mark at the end if they begin with an affirmative sentence and not with a sentence in the form of a question (I wonder..., I don't know..., I'm not sure...). For example: I was wondering if you could put me up for the weekend. / I was wondering if you can put me up for the weekend.
