Importance of Supporting an Answer

If someone asks us why we think in a certain way, it is convenient that our answer has a solid foundation. Otherwise our opinion will have little value.

The foundation of our opinions or ideas should not be based on subjective evaluations, personal emotions or simple answers such as "things are the way they are".

If every phenomenon has an explanation, it is logical that our ideas or evaluations also have an explanation.

It could be said that an unsubstantiated answer implies accepting that the truth and the lie have the same value. In others words, if someone seeks the truth about a matter, it is necessary that he not settle for any answer that may seem attractive in some way.
