Importance of Fun

While much of life is spent fulfilling responsibilities, fun is an element that also has to be taken into account since it is what allows you to enjoy, disconnect from things that perhaps one does not like to do, choose what gives pleasure, etc. Fun is the set of actions, proposals or acts that a person performs by choice, to have a good time, laugh and feel joyful.

It seems that fun is a privilege only for children, but it is up to each one of us to have fun.

When we are children or babies, almost all the actions in our lives are oriented or linked to fun: playing games, taking pleasure in laughter, being in a state general welfare, etc. In fact, many things are learned through fun, games, playful activities. As we get older, fun slowly stops occupying such a predominant place and becomes something sporadic that gets lost among so many obligations.

But this does not necessarily have to be so. It is important to ensure a good quality of life to look for spaces and moments of fun where we can share with our loved ones. dear ones, where we can carry out activities that give us pleasure (sports, conversation and social interaction, intellectual activities, etc.). There is not only one type of fun possible, there are thousands of activities and that is why fun should also be part of our lives. It is useful to point out here that the fun should never go outside the normal parameters or become a problem for the person or third parties.
