Complementary hours from the employee's point of view
The perspective from the employee's side is very different, although it varies and depends on the person. In general terms, we could say that in the union and union sphere, complementary or extra hours are an important element of dispute that puts workers at odds with businessmen and employers because they are usually considered an element of exploitation that it is not paid correctly (in the event that they are paid or recognized) and that it does not include social charges precisely because of how they are he names.
