Precisely the purchase of homes for rent is one of the most recommended investments in the world given that the The price of the "brick", as it is popularly said, appreciates instead of depreciating as it happens with certain coins.
When the right to housing does not reach everyone and becomes a dilemma
One of the main problems that affects this sector in many parts of the world, especially in those underdeveloped countries where poverty reigns alongside the low wages, is the impossibility for low-income people to access the possibility of acquiring a house, not necessarily luxurious, but referring to a home worthy.
In the case of people who do not have the necessary money to buy a property, they must rent it, a situation that in many cases generates instability; if, for example, it is not possible to continue facing the cost because it increased more than the salary received, a frequent situation in contexts of inflation.
And not to mention the really complex situation faced by people who don't even count with a salary and must live in precarious places where they cannot satisfy their needs basic.
Dignified housing development and the promotion of access to housing mortgage loans must be a priority public policy of governments in order to alleviate these two scourges.
