The company is perhaps one of the most complex creations of the human being as far as links are concerned. A company is an association of people who come together to achieve common goals and who want to obtain benefits from this. The concept of a company is usually associated with the labor and economic world, but the reality is that a company can be a target for which the union of several individuals is required, for example to carry out the enterprise of building a bridge over the river.
The importance of the company as a labor, business, and economic institution has to do directly with the fact that that it is she, the company, that works as a union of all those who are destined to work for that objective common. A company can also provide work for countless employees and ensure the well-being of many families. But for this to happen it is necessary that those who direct and work in it place its growth as a central element and not the illegal actions that could harm it. All areas that are part of it must be clear about their role and tasks.
A brief chronology of the company as a social creation
Since the beginning of humanity, the Human Being began to form different Communities or Tribes, improving themselves when it comes to obtaining Natural resources, demonstrating that not only technological and logistical advances made it possible to be more successful in this task, but also the Teamwork, subsequently making it more effective when a Division of Tasks was carried out and each one was dedicated to a certain action within a community. For a long time the idea of economic benefits with which a company or business could be related were forbidden in times when religion was more important and profit was seen as the design of the devil.
With the rise of Industrial Revolution In the 18th century and in previous centuries, it is also that there was greater perfection in Manufacturing and Processing, where the different factories had a greater capacity. of production, and could even significantly improve the quality of the products, subsequently transforming with Capitalism and its development into the concept of Companies multinationals.
These companies had a better division of the Obtaining of Resources depending on the zones from where the Raw Materials are obtained. establishing different headquarters, but we must think of them as the maximum expression of the commercial world, also being the term Applicable to Medium and Small Companies, those that are family in nature, with a regional scope and also having a good level of production. This is what we know today as globalization both material and human resources.
The company is a complex set of dynamics and social ties, a labyrinth of realities
Every company's main purpose is to have a better Organization of Resources, in order to obtain a greater economic and productive benefit, having different Business Sectors that consist of areas dedicated to specific tasks, where the Workers or Operator Employees are the ones who have contact with the raw material or customers (depending on the marketing sector where the company is applied) while on the other hand we have the Administrative Area that is in charge of controlling and managing the activities.
The main virtue that a company has is the satisfaction of basic needs to meet a demand from a particular type of client, obtaining a Profit Purpose much higher than what could be obtained by each of its members individually.
We can say that in the company the social division that is reproduced in other areas of human life is quite similar. This is so because the richest are those who hold the means of production and profits in a company. (earnings) while most of the human resources (workers) belong to the middle or lower layers of the social scale. In addition, an endless number of strata and hierarchies develop that reproduce and maintain the system of power or of links through dominance, personal success and competition as an ideal of growth individual.
